Stage 3: Shortlist for Interview
Each Application Form is read in detail and evaluated along with the Assessments in a holistic manner by the Admissions Committee, which shortlists candidates for an online interview with an interview panel.
The Ashoka Interview is a mandatory stage and seeks to understand and get to know the candidate, their background and story. It also evaluates various parameters of the application form submitted by the candidate to gauge the candidate’s suitability to Ashoka University’s academic and residential life programme. The candidate will be interviewed by a panel. The time taken for the interview might vary depending on the interaction
Stage 4: Decisions and Financial Aid
All final decisions are declared by the Admissions Committee. Once a student receives a firm offer of admission, the financial aid form is enabled for them. The financial aid process is separate from the admission process and in no way impacts a student’s admission at Ashoka.
Ashoka University offers a Merit-cum-Means Scholarship program designed to support outstanding undergraduate students who plan to major in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science at Ashoka.

At Ashoka, when students aren't studying, they have lots of fun options. They can join different clubs and groups related to their interests. This helps them make their time at the college more interesting and enjoyable. There are clubs for music, dance, theater, games, helping the community, writing, taking photos, and many more. Students can pick from these clubs or even start their own!
At Ashoka, these clubs and groups make their own rules and ways of doing things. A "Club" is a group of people who all like the same thing and work together on it. A "Society" is like a big group that includes two or more clubs. These clubs have different interests, but they share a common goal or interest that brings them together.
