Spread over a campus area of 18 acres, Pune Institute of Business Management is one of India's leading business schools, founded in 2007. The institute, which is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, offers postgraduate courses. Students seeking admission must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the online application form. According to Business Today's 2024 rankings, PIBM is ranked 63rd among India's top private business schools. The institute also has a dedicated placement center that assists students in obtaining positions in reputable firms across the country. PIBM Pune's courses are NBA and NAAC recognized, as well as AICTE-approved. The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) has recognized PIBM Pune's PGDM program as being equivalent to an MBA degree. PIBM is also a certified member of AACSB.
PIBM primarily provides seven PG courses, including MBA, MBA in FinTech, MBA in Project Management, PGDM, PGDM Hybrid, PGDM Hybrid (Pune), and Global Joint Degree Program of which the Global Joint Degree Program, PGDM Hybrid (Pune) and PGDM Hybrid are newly launched.
