RUET 2022 Exam Pattern

Rama University conducts the RUET Exam for admission to UG, PG, and Research programmes at all of its three campuses (Rama University Kanpur, Rama Dental College Kanpur, and Rama Medical College Hapur).

• The exam is administered in a paper-and-pencil format and has 120 objective-type multiple-choice questions.
• In the RUET Exam, there is no negative marking.
• The RUET will last two hours for UG and PG programmes and three hours for Ph.D. programmes.
• There is no need to use the negative marking scheme. Examine the RUET Marking Scheme.
• General English, General Knowledge & Numerical Ability, and Subject Ability are the three sections of the paper.
• The RUET syllabus for UG and PG programmes is based on the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Examine the RUET Syllabus.

In offline mode, RUET 2022 is anticipated to begin in the second week of June 2022 for undergraduate courses, the third week of June for graduate courses, and late July 2022 for PhD courses. The exam pattern is described in more detail below.

Exam Pattern for RUET 2022 in Detail

• The RUET syllabus for UG and PG programmes is based on the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Examine the RUET Syllabus.
• The RUET 2022 Exam Pattern is used to assess basic subject knowledge, general knowledge and numerical ability, and general English language. Section-by-section weighting is provided.
• The RUET will have a total of 120 marks, which will be divided into three portions. The question paper will be divided into three sections. The first two sections are the same for all candidates, and the third section is specific to the applied study programmes. Sections are labelled as follows:
• English in general
• Numerical Ability & General Knowledge
• Subject Knowledge
• The RUET will be a pen-and-paper test, with responses written on the OMR Sheet

RUET 2022 Marking Scheme

The RUET 2022 exam will be divided into three portions. The number of questions in the first two sections, A and B, are the same, but there are more questions in Section C than in Sections A and B, and the weighting given to the sections is also different.

A correct response will earn you one mark for each question. There is no such thing as a Negative Marking Scheme.
