The SET exam is a requirement for undergraduate admissions to management, law, engineering, economics, mass communication, computer science, and liberal arts programmes. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) administers the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) for admission to Symbiosis institutes. Previously, the test was held for B.Sc Culinary Arts, but this exam was discontinued in 2021 for this course. The SET 2022 application form, SET admit card, and SET results will all be available online exclusively; no offline applications will be accepted.
On January 25, 2022, the application forms for the SET exam 2022 were made available. The application deadline for interested candidates is April 24, 2022. On May 14, 2022, the exam will be held online. The exam format may alter depending on the pandemic condition in the country at the time. Symbiosis International University offers a variety of entrance tests based on the courses you want to take, including the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT), Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED), SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE), and Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) (General SET). Students can register for the proper exam by going to the university's official website. The applicant must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exams in the relevant stream from a recognised board or university with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST students).
Candidates in Class 12 or awaiting their Class 12 results may also apply, but they must present a passing certificate.
An equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities is required for a candidate who has finished Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a foreign board (AIU).

The following are the guidelines and instructions for international students taking the SET 2022 exam.
Symbiosis International University conducts the SET entrance exam for law, engineering, and design students. The Symbiosis entrance exam application is completed entirely online. Candidates must complete the SET 2022 application form by the deadline. While filling out the application form for SET 2022, candidates must keep in mind the eligibility criteria and ensure that they meet all of the prerequisites. The application form's requirements are listed below.
Date of Registration: The application form will be available on Symbiosis International University's official website on the registration day.
Registration Fee: Candidates had to pay a registration fee of INR 1750 for all candidates that are attending one entrance exam when completing out the SET 2022 application form. Candidates had to pay INR 3500 if they wanted to take two entrance exams, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay the application fee both online (net banking/ debit card/ credit card) and offline (demand draught from any nationalised bank payable in Pune in favour of 'Symbiosis Test Secretariat (STS)'). If the candidate pays by demand draught, contact information must be provided.
The SET 2022 application procedure will be conducted entirely online and will consist of several steps. On the official website, students will be able to apply online. The processes involved in completing the SET application form registration process are described below for interested candidates.
Symbiosis University will distribute the SET 2022 admit card in an online format on May 14. Downloading of the SET admit card 2022 will be available till the day of the admission exam. Candidates must input their SET ID/Email ID and password in order to download the SET entrance exam admission card. Students who paid the application fee through the offline mode (DD) can only download their admission card once the payment has been confirmed.
Candidates must bring one of the following picture IDs to the SET exam centre with their admission card. It is required that the Id be valid and unique.
The SET/ SLAT/ SEED/ SITEEE 2022 online tests were held all over India. Candidates' test centres for the SET exam were listed on their admit cards.
Centre: SET 2022 was held in 80 major cities around India.
Choice of Centre: When filling out the application form, the candidate should specify the centre code and name of their preferred test centre.
Change of Centre: Any request for a change of subject or test centre made by the candidate in their application will be ignored.

The Symbiosis SET does not have an established syllabus. The English syllabus is quite close to the class 12 syllabus, and the Mathematics syllabus is extremely comparable to the class 10 syllabus. The SET 2022 exam is administered by Symbiosis International University as an admissions examination for the university's programmes.
